Dental Services

Woman getting dental exam Not many things are worse than not being able to smile to the fullest because of decayed and stained teeth. Taking good care of your teeth is not just good for your oral health, but it is good for your overall health as well. Studies have shown that there is a link between oral bacteria and systemic and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, heart disorders, stroke, and more. At Classic Smiles, Dr. Susanne I. Baaqee, D.M.D. and Dr. Mikal Baaqee, D.D.S. we make it our priority to ensure you have excellent dental and oral health. We offer a range of preventive, cosmetic, restorative, and emergency dental care services. Schedule an appointment with us today for your entire family.

Family Dentistry

At Classic Smiles, we regard family dentistry as one of the most gratifying areas of dental care since it allows us to see our clients grow right in front of our eyes. We offer a range of dental services that focus on preventing and treating basic tooth and mouth issues for all members of your family. A routine six-month dental appointment starts with a dental exam and a professional cleaning that allows us to see any tooth issues in their earliest stage and treat them quickly. We may also recommend oral cancer screening for patients at high risk of oral cancer and may recommend dental sealant and fluoride treatment for children and adolescents. If we see any indication of gum disease or tooth decay, we may recommend restorative treatment as well. Schedule a dental appointment with us today to ensure the continued dental health of your entire family.

Cosmetic Dentistry

If you have less than perfect teeth, cosmetic dentistry can help give you a beautiful new smile. Thanks to advancements in dental sciences, people who have stained, worn, misshapen, misaligned, or gapped teeth can regain their pearly white smile through various cosmetic dental treatments. At Classic Smiles, we offer the most popular cosmetic dentistry procedures including teeth whitening, bonding, veneers, and porcelain crowns. Teeth whitening treatment is, unsurprisingly, the most common procedure requested by our clients. We may recommend dental bonding and veneers for superficial teeth damage or esthetic reasons. Porcelain crowns, on the other hand, are often preferred by clients to cover badly damaged front teeth. All of our cosmetic dental treatments offer unmatched esthetics and value and can last you a long time.

Restorative Dentistry

Restorative dentistry is a specialized field of dental care that focuses on repairing or replacing badly damaged or decayed teeth. At Classic Smiles, we may recommend a dental filling if your teeth have mild to moderate decay. If, however, the damage is severe, we may need to perform a root canal surgery and place a dental crown to restore the function, strength, and form of your teeth. Sometimes, though, your oral health may be better off if the tooth is removed. If that is the case, we will perform a tooth extraction for you. To replace your missing tooth, we offer dental implant surgeries, dentures, and dental bridges.

Emergency Dentistry

A dental emergency can occur anywhere at any time. An injury to your teeth and gums can be potentially serious and may result in tooth loss if you do not get it treated immediately. If you have knocked out or displaced a tooth, Dr. Susanne I. Baaqee, D.M.D. and Dr. Mikal Baaqee, D.D.S. may be able to reattach it to your tooth socket if you get an emergency appointment with us within an hour. Chipped enamel may not necessarily be a dental emergency. However, if a condition causes you severe pain, it may require immediate treatment. Some such conditions include a fractured tooth, extruded tooth, or an abscess.

Sedation Dentistry

Sedatives are normally not a regular part of dental pain management. However, some people are prone to anxiety when they think of the dental chair, which may prevent them from getting essential dental treatments. In this case, we may recommend the use of oral, inhaled, or intravenous sedative options to create a more relaxed and pain-free experience for you.
