We already, as a daily practice, assure universal precautions as outlined by CDC and OSHA standards of infection control. Safety is always our number one focus. Our high standard of care ensures that your trust and safety are never compromised.

You should call us to make an appointment and also when you arrive at 407-293-3002. We will let you know when to come in. We will take your temperature upon arrival. If you have abnormal temperature you will not be seen.
If you or someone with you has a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or has traveled internationally in the last 15 days, or know you have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please return to your car and call us at 407-293-3002. DO NOT ENTER.

In compliance with the recommendations for public health, anyone with a cough or fever will not be allowed in the building and should stay home. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Team members temperatures are checked daily.
Before your appointment, you have the option to stay in your car instead of the waiting room until we're ready to seat you in your personal operatory. Simply call us when you arrive, and we will let you know when we're ready for you.
Upon entering Classic Smiles, we will take your temperature. Temperatures above normal will not be allowed in.
Additionally, we are requesting you sanitize your hands before entering the business area.
