Realistically, yes. However, while the occasional delay is all right, repeated appointment delays or cancels can begin to badly affect the health of your teeth and you. We suggest six-month intervals because that is the maximum break between cleanings and check-ups that an adult needs to maintain their best oral health. Pushing that time frame out longer increases the chance of not identifying future discomfort, and it also puts your teeth in a sensitive state.

As mentioned before, six months is the maximum suggested time frame. This is because significant damage can happen over a six-month period, and by coming to see us at the end of that, we can help to fix, prevent, and relieve any discomfort that has happened in that time.
